We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to request a refund for our fundraising education programs. This policy outlines when refunds are available, how to request them, and what you can expect during the process. We've designed these guidelines to be fair while maintaining the quality of our educational offerings.

14 Day Review Period

You have 14 days from enrollment to evaluate our program materials. If the content doesn't meet your expectations during this period, you're eligible for a full refund with no questions asked.

30 Day Partial Refunds

Between days 15-30, partial refunds may be available based on program completion percentage and individual circumstances. We'll work with you to find a fair solution.

Medical Circumstances

Serious medical situations that prevent program completion are considered on a case-by-case basis, regardless of enrollment date. Documentation may be required.

$ Payment Methods

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Credit card refunds typically take 5-7 business days, while bank transfers may take 7-10 business days.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a refund, certain conditions must be met. We've found these criteria help maintain program quality while being fair to students who genuinely need assistance.

For full refunds within 14 days, you must have accessed less than 25% of the program materials. This includes video content, downloadable resources, and interactive modules.

Technical Issues Coverage

If technical problems prevent you from accessing program content, and our support team cannot resolve the issues within 72 hours, you're eligible for a full refund regardless of the timeframe.

Content Misrepresentation

If the program content significantly differs from what was advertised in our marketing materials or course description, you may request a full refund within 30 days of enrollment.

Important Notice
Refunds are not available for programs where you've completed more than 50% of the content or accessed premium resources like one-on-one mentoring sessions. This helps us maintain the value of our educational investment.
